Patrons soak up Masters experience

SOAKING IT IN: Chris Osen is attending his second Masters Tournament and was looking forward to enjoying the atmosphere.

“Lovely weather today and I can’t wait to see how everything unfolds,” Osen said.

The native of Milton, Fla., is also anticipating watching hometown favorite Bubba Watson, who was one shot off the lead entering today’s third round.

“Being from Milton, I have to root for the hometown kid,” Osen said.

FIRST-TIMERS: Mike Kiefer, Chris Pealhm, John Deppe, Angela Deppe and Ken Small are a group of first-timers at the Masters and were excited to walk the course.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience,” Pealhm said. “I am very excited to be here.”

Angela and John Deppe see this experience as “crossing one more off the bucket list.” Pealhm planned to follow Zach Johnson during Saturday’s round, while Small was just happy to soak in the atmosphere.

“I have never walked the courses here, but I’m ready to do it for the first time,” Small said.
