Woods sees mixed bag on front nine

Tiger Woods opened the third round with a birdie and played inconsistent from there on the front nine. He posted a bogey at No. 4 before adding a birdie at No. 7. He missed a three-foot birdie putt at No. 8 - the ball spun 360 degrees around the hole only to remain out - before failing to get up and down for par at No. 9.

With his 36 on the front nine, Woods is 1-under, five back of leader Jason Day.
