Masters survey asks patrons about experience
Walking from the No. 8 tee to the 10th green, Tim Singler made a brief stop to complete a patron survey.
The Duluth, Ga., man spent about five minutes at the electronic machine, answering questions ranging from parking satisfaction to how patrons received badges. The survey machines are behind the stands at the 17th green.
“I can’t think of a question I wouldn’t click ‘excellent’ for,” Singler said. “Any time you’re at Augusta, there’s not much too complain about.”
He answered eight questions before heading to watch Rickie Fowler play the second nine.
“I’m glad I took a second to see the survey,” Singler said. “Just another unique aspect of the Masters Tournament.”
The survey asks fans to rate a number of experiences from poor to excellent. Some of the questions included:
• How long did it take to get where you were going?
• Was the signage on the course useful?
• What was your reason for coming?
