Armando’s Grill and Pizzeria is The Neighborhood Hangout

For that neighborhood pizzeria that you've been searching for, look no further than Armondo's Grill and Pizzeria. Open since May, the family-owned establishment has been packed with customers for the stuffed pizza and the delicious lasagna. "We have a great atmosphere," Tim Bowlby, chef and co-owner of Armando's Grill and Pizzeria, said. "The food is second to none." Bowlby, with 20 years of experience in the food industry, decided to open the restaurant and partner with close friend and owner of the two Armando's in the area. He was tired of travelling with his previous job and wanted something that was close to home. Bowlby picked this location for the relaxed neighborhood feel, without all the hustle-and-bustle of the city. "It's nice, fun, family-oriented and our food is excellent," Bowlby raved. All the recipes are originals of family members, the co-owner and his own. Try the Wise Guy or The Forget About It on the menu and taste the goodness. "Everyone has said so far that it is excellent," Bowlby explained about what his customers have said about the food. Some of the best sellers are the calamari, the mozzarella triangles and the Forget About It, but after eating at this restaurant, you won't be forgetting your experience. Come by today and try the fun menu where everything has a name at 5117 Washington Road. Open hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 9 p.m.
